Ted Wilson (25+ years experience) began his career with Vantage Companies. During the 1980’s, he developed apartments as well as a residential golf course community with the Parkford Companies. Since 1992, he has conducted analyses on over 500 communities in the D/FW area. Mr.Wilson is a graduate of Amherst College.

BRENT ALEXANDER

Brent Alexander, M.A. has experience performing demographic and housing research in Texas since 1999.  Prior to joining SDS, Mr. Alexander served as the Senior Market Analyst for Mercedes Homes and the DFW Marketing Analyst for Pulte Homes.  Mr. Alexander's responsibilities have included providing demographic analysis and enrollment projections for school districts utilizing housing and population change data, assisting district planners with the creation or modification of attendance zones, geocoding student locations and producing district maps with GIS applications ArcGIS and MapInfo.  He holds a M.A. from The University of Alabama and a B.A. from Oklahoma State University.
