Jody Reese JODY REESE
Principal

Jody Reese (30+ years experience) began his career in 1972 with Fox & Jacobs. Since that time, he has gained the reputation of being D/FW’s most knowledgeable new home consultant specializing in land and lot positioning. Mr. Reese was graduated from the University of Dallas.

   
Ted Wilson TED WILSON
Principal

Ted Wilson (20+ years experience) began his career with Vantage Companies. During the 1980’s, he developed apartments as well as a residential golf course community with the Parkford Companies. Since 1992, he has conducted analyses on over 500 communities in the D/FW area. Mr.Wilson was graduated from Amherst College.

Jack Murray has 35+ years experience in sales management and land acquisition in the new home industry with 23 years in the D/FW market:

Mark Sprague

LARRY BLAIR
Director of School District Consulting

Larry Blair graduated from the University of Texas-Austin in 1983.  Dr. Blair spent 30+ years in public education in Texas, having served as a teacher, principal, superintendent, lobbyist, and college professor.  Additionally, he served as Deputy Director for the Texas Association of School Boards Executive Search Services.  He is the director for school district consulting with School District Strategies which conducts demographic studies and enrollment projections for fast-growth school districts.

   
Cassie Gibson

BRENT ALEXANDER
Director of Statistical Analysis

Brent Alexander graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1996.  He earned a master’s degree from The University of Alabama in 1998.  After college, he served five years as a Market Analyst for Pulte Homes in Dallas/Ft. Worth and two years as Senior Market Analyst for Mercedes Homes.

Brent’s responsibilities have included developing operational land acquisition strategies, producing feasibility reports, and evaluating subdivision and product performance.  Brent performs statistical analysis and produces enrollment projections for School District Strategies, LLC (SDS).
