Jody Reese (35+ years experience) began his career in 1972 with Fox & Jacobs. Since that time, he has gained the reputation of being D/FW’s most knowledgeable new home consultant specializing in land and lot positioning. Mr. Reese is a graduate of the University of Dallas.

Ted Wilson (25+ years experience) began his career with Vantage Companies. During the 1980’s, he developed apartments as well as a residential golf course community with the Parkford Companies. Since 1992, he has conducted analyses on over 500 communities in the D/FW area. Mr.Wilson is a graduate of Amherst College.

Larry Blair. Ph.D., has forty-one years experience in public education, having served in virtually every size district and every aspect of the profession.  He has been a superintendent in a multi-high school, fast-growth district and completed many facilities studies for districts across the state.  He is a graduate if The University of Texas, Austin.

BRENT ALEXANDER
Director of Demographic Research

Brent Alexander, M.A. has ten years experience performing demographic and housing research in Texas.  Prior to joining SDS, Mr. Alexander served as the Senior Market Analyst for Mercedes Homes and the DFW Marketing Analyst for Pulte Homes.  Mr. Alexander's responsibilities have included providing demographic analysis and enrollment projections for school districts utilizing housing and population change data, assisting district planners with the creation or modification of attendance zones, geocoding student locations and producing district maps with GIS applications ArcView and MapInfo.  He holds a M.A. from The University of Alabama and a B.A. from Oklahoma State University.
